Brendan Fitzpatrick is currently the Lead Counsel for Litigation at Walmart Inc., where they lead high-performing legal teams. Previously, they served as a Partner at both DeHay & Elliston and Goldberg Segalla, and as an Attorney at Venable LLP, specializing in Product Liability and Toxic Torts litigation. Brendan also gained experience in various legal roles, including as a Law Clerk for the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Justice. They obtained a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and a BA in History from Colby College.
