Brian Hafer

Brian Hafer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in maintenance and sales management. Currently serving as a General Maintenance Technician at Walmart since November 2025, Brian previously worked as a Residential Storm Inspector/Estimator at Bachman's Roofing, Building & Remodeling, Inc. from August 2019 to September 2025. Prior to this role, Brian held various management positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2006 to 2019, including Assistant Manager Sales, Department Manager Installed Sales, and Department Manager for plumbing, electrical, and millwork departments, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service capabilities. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Sport Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, and an Associate of Science in Business from Allentown Business School. Education was completed at Oley Valley High School, graduating in 1999.
