Candice Bartle

Candice Bartle, CPA, CMI, serves as the Senior Director of US Transaction Tax Operations and Indirect Tax Policy at Walmart, where they are responsible for compliance and policy efforts related to transaction tax obligations for Walmart and its subsidiaries. Previously, Candice held various senior roles in tax operations and policy at Walmart, including Senior Director of Tax Transformation and Tax Technology. Candice began their career as a Tax Consultant at Ryan and worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, P.C. They have also contributed to the field as a State and Local Tax Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Candice earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Professional Accounting with a focus on Taxation from The University of Texas at Austin.
