Caprill Wright

Caprill Wright is a Senior Manager in Risk Intelligence at Walmart, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Operational Analyst at Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation and were a Public-Private Talent Exchange Data Science Fellow with the US Federal Government, where they contributed to generative AI projects and mentored colleagues in Python and data science. With a background as a Cyber Threat Analyst, Caprill led data science projects evaluating cyber threats and regularly briefed senior US officials. They hold a Master of Arts in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago, a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
