Carter Douglas

Carter Douglas is a strategic thinker with a strong background in merchandising operations and international relations. They hold an MBA and MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and Carey Business School, graduating in 2024. Previously, Carter worked as a Senior Manager in Walmart's Merchandising Leadership Development Program, starting as a Planner for Electronics in 2023. They also gained diverse experience as a U.S. Congressional Intern and in various roles at organizations such as the U.S. Travel Association and Marcum LLP.
