They began their career as a Program Eligibility Specialist at the Arkansas Department of Human Services in 2013, subsequently gaining experience as a Dry End Production Supervisor and Supervisor Trainee at Weyerhaeuser from 2015 to 2017. They held the position of Production Supervisor at Schwan's Company from 2017 to 2020, followed by roles as Operations Manager and Area Manager at Walmart Distribution Center until 2021. Currently, Casey serves as the Divisional Operations Manager at Walmart.
