Charmis Dane

Charmis Dane is a compliance and risk management professional with a focus on the food and retail industries. They have established policies and procedures, managed compliance-related programs, and ensured adherence to regulatory requirements across various roles. Charmis holds a Master’s degree from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health at the University of Arkansas. Their experience includes positions at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, BrightStar Care, and Walmart, where they developed strong analytical, project management, and training skills. Additionally, Charmis has engaged in community outreach and education through the American Heart Association and facilitated STEM leadership activities for young girls with the Girl Scouts.
