Chris Noel, MBA, LSSBB, is a Lean and Six Sigma leader with extensive experience in operations management, process improvement, and project management across e-commerce and distribution sectors. They held various leadership roles at Walmart, including Senior Manager II in Data Analytics, where they led data analysis teams to enhance decision-making through actionable insights. Previously, they served as an Operational Excellence Manager at JCPenney, training over 600 professionals in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in significant cost savings. Chris began their career in human resources at Citizen's Memorial Health, where they trained new employees and developed HR databases. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Missouri State University.
