Clay Massa

Clay Massa possesses extensive experience in retail and merchandise planning, currently serving as an Omni Merchant at Walmart since February 2019. Previously held roles include Merchandise Planner and Merchandising Operations Analyst - Footwear at Walmart, along with positions as a Sales Associate at Mast General Store and a Merchandise Buying Intern at Walmart. Clay Massa also completed a Leadership Development Program, focusing on functional management and leadership training. Internships at Save-A-Lot as a Distribution Leadership Intern provided hands-on experience in various supply chain aspects. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Appalachian State University and an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics from the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University.
