Clay Tyson, CCEP, is the Director of U.S. Ethics & Compliance at Walmart, bringing over 20 years of experience in asset protection and risk control across multiple states. In previous roles, they served as Regional Ethics & Compliance Manager, identifying compliance issues and developing risk mitigation strategies for over 90 Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Clay has a strong background in project management and internal investigations, receiving a Compliance Excellence Award for contributions to firearm sales regulation in Illinois. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
