Crystal Wei

Crystal (Shujuan) Wei is currently a Senior Manager, People Partner at Walmart, where they support Global Logistics operations across multiple countries. Previously, they held various HR roles at Walmart Sourcing, including Assistant Manager and Senior Manager positions. Prior to joining Walmart, Crystal worked as an HRBP at GOKE Microelectronics and served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at ON Semiconductor. Their career began as an HR Assistant at IKA, where they managed recruitment and training activities. Crystal earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Guangzhou University and studied as an exchange student in Italian at Università degli Studi di Padova.
