Damon Bratcher

Damon Bratcher currently serves as Vice President of Catalog/Itemfile at Walmart since April 2024. Previously, Damon held multiple leadership roles at Amazon from August 2011 to September 2023, including Director of Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Insights for Amazon Fashion, where leadership was provided to a team of approximately 50 in setting strategic direction for shared products worldwide. In an earlier role, Damon successfully launched AmazonFresh Japan as Category Leader for fresh foods, overseeing key operational functions and team management. Damon also contributed to scaling Amazon Fresh's supply chain and planning operations and managed the Kindle device accessories P&L in North America. Prior experience includes merchandising roles at Wal-Mart and management at Best Buy, along with recruitment at JB Hunt Transport Services. Damon holds a degree in Management, Finance, and Economics from the University of Arkansas and is an alumnus of The American School in Japan.
