David Hollander is currently the Associate General Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Walmart International, a position held since 2009. Prior to this role, David served as Legal Manager for Corporate Acquisitions and Finance at Electronic Data Systems Corporation from 1995 to 2009. They were also a shareholder at Johnson & Wortley between 1988 and 2005. David holds a B.A. in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University and a JD from Georgetown Law.
