Devan Durand

Devan Durand is currently a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader at Walmart, where they focus on advancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Previously, Devan served as the Director of Business Insights & Analytics at Shire, leading teams in continuous improvement initiatives and developing strategies to enhance performance across multiple facilities. They also held the position of Director of Strategy at Baxalta (now Shire), overseeing project management and delivering analytics to support various departments. Devan began their academic journey at the University of Iowa, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.
