Elena Olson has diverse experience across various roles in education, retail, and customer service. Starting as an Advisor Assistant at NorthWest Arkansas Community College, Elena provided admissions counseling and maintained student information. Following this, positions included People Services Specialist at Walmart, where support was given to associates on benefits, and Merchandising Analyst at the University of Arkansas, which involved organizing projects for the MBA program. As an Account Lead at Outdoor Cap Company, Elena facilitated customer interactions regarding orders, while also serving as a Substitute Teacher with Responsive Education Solutions.
