Eric Hurley is a seasoned operations and engineering leader currently serving as Director of Automation Engineering for Walmart’s eCommerce network. Since joining Walmart in 2021, Hurley has driven transformational projects and strategic programs within the fulfillment network. Prior to Walmart, Hurley spent seven years at Welspun Tubular, where significant achievements included leading the Planning and Contract Management team and executing projects that delivered over $1 billion in revenue. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and ongoing MBA studies, Hurley blends technical knowledge with business acumen, and is also a passionate advocate for STEM education, previously serving on the Board of Directors for the Museum of Discovery.
