Gary Darnell has extensive experience in change management, communications, and operations within Walmart, serving in various leadership roles since 2005. As a Director and Principal Product Manager, Gary has led transformative supply chain projects impacting over 100,000 team members and established strategies for change, training, and communication. Prior positions include Senior Manager roles focused on change management and HR operations, where Gary developed strategies to enhance process adoption and compliance. Gary’s earlier career encompasses roles in broadcast journalism, including Director of News at NBC affiliates and various on-air positions. Currently, Gary is pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management at the University of Arkansas, building upon a bachelor's degree in Communications from Missouri State University.
