Gary Williams

Gary Williams is a Senior Manager of State and Local Tax at Walmart, where they currently lead tax initiatives. Previously, they served as a Manager in State and Local Tax at Amazon Web Services and worked as Associate Tax Counsel at Uber. Gary's experience also includes positions as a Hearing Officer at the Tennessee Department of Revenue and as a Contract Attorney at Counsel On Call. They hold a Master of Accountancy from Lipscomb University, a Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of Florida, and a Doctor of Law from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University.
