Ginger Long-Smith

Ginger Long-Smith is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management across diverse sectors. Since April 2011, Ginger has held various leadership roles at Walmart, currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Accounting, where responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing accounting operations and implementing SAP S/4 Hana across US Manufacturing. Previous roles include Director of Controllership and Accounting Solutions, where Ginger successfully led key financial system design initiatives in collaboration with Deloitte. Prior to Walmart, Ginger worked at Tyson Foods as Area Controller and at Pinnacle Health Care as Controller, among other positions in the accounting field. Ginger holds an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas and a B.S. in Accounting and Business/Management from Lyon College.
