Hayley Sullivan

Hayley Sullivan, MBA, currently serves as an Automation Operations Manager at Walmart, a role held since November 2020, and previously held the position of Quality Assurance/Systems Area Manager within the same company. Experienced in cross-functional tasks involving Witron and Atlas interfaces, Hayley has also supported operations in Surrey, Canada. Prior to Walmart, Hayley was the Laboratory Manager at Suncoast Labs from June 2017 to November 2020, where Hayley established the cementing lab business unit and managed end-to-end operations. Hayley’s career includes roles as Laboratory Manager at TRB Oilfield Services and Lab Chemist at Clean Harbors, along with experience as an Associate Lab Technician - Chemistry at Halliburton. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wagner College.
