Heather Crowder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insights and category leadership across major retail and food companies. They began their career at Target as a Business Analyst, progressing to Senior Business Analyst before moving to The Nielsen Company, where they served as a Client Manager. At Kraft Foods Group, Heather held several key roles, eventually becoming an Associate Director in Category Leadership. They advanced their career at Mondelēz International and Walmart, where they currently work as the Director of Customer Insights & Strategy. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sociology from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
