Jamie Cockerham is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Walmart, where they have cultivated a long career in recruitment and human resources. They began their professional journey as a Customer Solution Agent at American Electric Power and transitioned through several roles, including positions at Walmart, where they served as a Corporate Recruiter and Senior Manager. Prior to their current role, Jamie worked as an Internal Recruiting Consultant and held various managerial positions focused on recruiting services. They completed their education at Bossier Parish Community College and LSU Shreveport, earning degrees in General Studies and Elementary Education, respectively.
