Jason Downing

Jason Downing has held significant leadership roles in retail and military environments. As Store Director at Target from March 2022 to August 2024, Jason managed a large team, driving sales and overseeing various operational metrics to ensure effective merchandise presentation and stock levels. Prior experience includes roles at Walmart, where as Store Manager, Jason was responsible for over $91 million in annual sales and played a key role in mentoring associates which resulted in numerous promotions. Jason's military tenure as an Emergency Care Sergeant in the US Army from October 2009 to March 2014 involved providing medical training and treatment, maintaining operational readiness, and managing a substantial inventory in high-pressure situations. Jason earned a Bachelor's degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, studying from 2004 to 2008.
