Jeff Knight

Jeff Knight is an enterprise transformation and operational excellence leader with extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing and distribution operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Process Improvement at Walmart, they design and implement the Walmart Performance System across 34 eCommerce Fulfillment centers, managing a project portfolio exceeding $700 million. Previously, Jeff held various leadership roles at companies like Luxottica, Essilor Group, and Walmart, where they successfully led significant operational transformations through Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. They have a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving efficiency across diverse manufacturing environments. Jeff graduated summa cum laude, earning the Edward Stone Award as the top graduate in the English Department.
