Jennifer Smith has extensive experience in engineering and continuous improvement roles, with a career spanning over two decades. At Donaldson Company, Inc., Jennifer served in multiple capacities including Engineering Technician and Continuous Improvement Specialist from November 1999 to October 2016. Following this, Jennifer worked as a Change Agent and Continuous Improvement Manager at Spartan Motors, Inc. until May 2018, focusing on administrative support and lean principles. Most recently, from July 2024 to November 2024 at WestRock Company, Jennifer held various titles including Senior Analyst, Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement Lead, implementing projects aimed at reducing waste and improving operational effectiveness.
