Jerry Ryu is a Staff UX Designer at Walmart, bringing extensive experience in product design and user experience from previous roles at HubSpot and Wayfair. At HubSpot, Jerry led the UX design team for the Service Hub, focusing on user research and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. While at Wayfair, Jerry managed the design of credit card application processes and mentored junior designers, achieving significant user completion rates.
