Jim Grow

Jim Grow has extensive experience in retail management, having served as a Manager at Walmart since March 2000, overseeing 395 associates and ensuring sales and profitability for a store. Additionally, Jim manages a market of seven stores during the supervisor's absence. Prior to Walmart, Jim held a managerial position at Smith's Food & Drug from March 1986 to March 2001, where responsibilities included managing approximately 215 employees and driving sales and profits. Jim holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Houston Community College, earned between 1983 and 1985.
