Jocelyn Derry is the Director of Implementation in the Next Gen Division at Walmart, where they currently manage operational projects and team members. Previously, they held various roles at DHL, including Operations Manager and Sr. Operational Business Analyst, contributing to their extensive experience in logistics and operations. Jocelyn began their career as an Order Picker at HD Supply and served as a Peer Tutor at Montclair State University, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. Known for adaptability and reliability, Jocelyn focuses on continuous improvement and fostering productive working relationships.
