Joe Campbell

Joe Campbell is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as Director of People Partner at Walmart since November 2020. Joe supports the WMUS People team and previously held roles including People Partner and Senior Manager II for Global People. Earlier experiences include principal and senior talent acquisition positions at Walmart and Resource Solutions, where Joe specialized in recruitment for corporate functions and investment banking sectors. Joe's career includes technical and financial services recruitment roles at InRhythm and Twenty Recruitment Group, respectively. Joe holds a BSc in Psychology from Bangor University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
