John Jeffrey

John Jeffrey is an accomplished professional engineer and retired Navy Civil Engineering Corps officer with extensive experience in facilities and construction management. They served as the 5th Fleet Engineer for the U.S. Navy from 2017 to 2019, overseeing facilities and real estate issues throughout the Middle East. Prior to that, they held key positions with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, including Director of Facilities Engineering and Acquisition, managing substantial construction and repair contracts. Currently, John works as a Senior Project Manager at Walmart while pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Arkansas.
