Jon Koss is currently the Sr. Director, People Partner at Walmart, where they support the U.S. and Sam's Club People teams. With a background in leading HR transformation and developing communication strategies, Jon has held significant roles in various organizations, including Helios Consulting, Slalom Consulting, and Target. They have led key initiatives in organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development, earning accolades for their impactful work. Jon is also pursuing a Master of Arts in Communication at Bethel University and is passionate about serving others and continuous learning. Outside of work, Jon enjoys jiu jitsu and mountain biking.
