Joseph Dougherty

Joseph Dougherty is an experienced operations manager in the retail and supply chain sectors. Since July 2019, Joseph has held various positions at Walmart, including Operations Manager for Asset Protection and Offshore Manager, focusing on supporting market operations in Hawaii. Joseph also served as a Special Project Manager, developing operational procedures for hourly positions, and as an Ecommerce Area Manager, gaining comprehensive operational experience. In addition to Joseph's tenure at Walmart, Joseph is the founder of Zenith Solutions L.L.C., which innovates in renewable opportunities from overlooked waste products. Prior experience includes co-founding Unbridled Design and managing internships at Walmart eCommerce and Walmart HVDC, where Joseph implemented process improvements.
