Joyce Winters

Joyce Winters is a Senior Technology Counsel with extensive experience in AI, data, and complex commercial transactions. They have worked in various legal roles, including Senior Counsel for The Gap, Inc. and outside counsel for Wells Fargo Bank, showcasing their expertise in intellectual property, software licensing, and general corporate law. Joyce is currently a Faculty Lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Law and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, College of Law in San Francisco. They hold a BS in Journalism from Boston University and a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
