Juan Alanis currently serves as the Senior Manager of Community Relations at Walmart, focusing on community engagement in Texas and Louisiana. Prior to this role, Juan was the Executive Producer of the award-winning Latina Leadership Podcast, and co-founded Market Street Consultants, providing strategic counsel on community engagement for various sectors. As the Founder of Big Oak Tree Media, Juan led a full-service marketing and public relations agency, developing campaigns that connected diverse communities. Previous experience includes roles at FleishmanHillard, Lopez Negrete Communications, The Salvation Army, Houston Chronicle, Houston Airport System, and Rumbo de Houston.
