Justin Yates

Justin Yates, P.E., CSP, CFPS, currently serves as the Senior Manager II of Fire Compliance at Walmart, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Justin spent over a decade at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, where responsibilities included Technical Services Manager - Property, Loss Control Field Supervisor, and Senior Technical Specialist, Property. Justin also contributed as a Board Member for the Arkansas Fire Protection Licensing Board from May 2018 to November 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Advanced Cabling, Fire Protection and Life Safety Specialist at Lacey Fire Protection Engineering, and Design Engineer at JE Systems. Justin holds a degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Oklahoma State University, which was completed between 2008 and 2011.
