Kara Wills

Kara Wills possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and investigations, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Walmart since March 2020, following roles as a Global Investigator II focusing on US Corporate Investigations and Crimes Against Business/Health and Wellness. Prior to Walmart, Kara Wills worked for the City of Boulder from August 2005 to February 2020, first as a Police Officer in patrol duties and subsequently as a Police Detective specializing in property and major crimes. Kara Wills holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 2005.
