Kendrick Settler is a first-year graduate student at Xavier University pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Prior to this program, Kendrick conducted research on models predicting employee sabotage and the impact of social media on resume evaluation, and is in the process of submitting both projects for publication. With experience in various human resources roles, including Director of Learning & Development at Walmart and internships at Mubea and AK Steel Corporation, Kendrick has developed strong research design and statistical analysis skills.
