Kyle Kennett, CMI, is a seasoned property tax expert with over 13 years of experience specializing in cost mitigation strategies related to state and local indirect tax. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Property Tax at Walmart, Kyle collaborates cross-functionally with real estate and finance teams to project future costs for capital investment projects and negotiates long-term cost savings with the credits and incentives team. Previously, Kyle held positions at Grant Thornton LLP and Ryan, where they developed expertise in the valuation of both real and intangible assets. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and enjoys exploring foreign cultures, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family.
