Kyle McNitt is currently the Sr Director II of Merch Operations at Walmart, where they lead various merchandising initiatives. They began their career at Dillards, where they held multiple buyer positions in men's fashion and shoes in 2004. In 2008, Kyle transitioned to Walmart as a Merchandise Planner and progressed to key roles including Senior Director of Planning and Director of Merchandise Planning for several product categories. Kyle earned a BS in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, completing their degree in 2001.
