Lacey Timochtchenko

Lacey Timochtchenko serves as a Principal at Riviera Partners since March 2021, specializing in placing executive leadership talent within software engineering, product management, and design for innovative companies. Previously, Lacey held roles at Arete Partners from August 2019 to March 2021, contributing as a Researcher and Head of Finance, focusing on candidate sourcing for mid-management to VP-level positions in Silicon Valley start-ups. Lacey's experience also includes serving as a Tax Auditor for the State of Missouri and various financial leadership roles at SideCars, Inc., culminating in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Lacey began a career in finance with foundational roles in accounting and tax during a tax season internship at The Whitlock Company and as a Certified College Tutor. Lacey holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance/Economics-Personal Financial Planning from Missouri Southern State University.
