Lance Jensen is currently the Group Director of Food Safety at Walmart, having previously held roles as Senior Director II of Omnichannel & Platform Compliance and Senior Director of Food Safety & Health Operations within the company. Prior to joining Walmart, they served as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at the Salt Lake County Health Department from 2003 to 2007. Lance pursued education at the University of Utah from 2001 to 2003.
