Laurence Han is the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Walmart International, a position held since 2021. Previously, Laurence orchestrated Senior Executive searches across the Asia Pacific while serving as a Regional Associate Consultant at TRANSEARCH from 2011 to 2013. Laurence also held various roles at Korn Ferry, including Senior Associate, and gained experience as an Intern Analyst at Merrill Lynch and an Associate at the Office of Management and Budget. Before joining Walmart, Laurence led a team at REM Enterprise Ltd. as Assistant GMM, overseeing North American accounts in the hard goods category from 2008 to 2011.
