Leslee McVey

Leslee McVey has extensive experience in merchandise operations and replenishment strategy, having held various leadership positions at Walmart since 1999, including Vice President of Merchandise Operations and multiple senior director roles focusing on replenishment strategy and planning. McVey's career at Walmart began as a Quality Assurance Manager, progressing through positions such as Divisional Replenishment Manager and Senior Replenishment Manager, where effective leadership and planning concepts were introduced to the replenishment teams. McVey managed a high-volume supercenter as Co-Manager and played a pivotal role in enhancing sales and reducing shrink. McVey holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas.
