Liz Olson, PhD, is a Lead UX Researcher with extensive experience in eCommerce and marketplaces, currently serving as a Sr. Design Researcher at Walmart. Previously, Liz held positions at notable companies such as Amazon and Google, focusing on mixed-methods research to enhance user experiences and usability. Liz was also President of the Society of Ethnobiology and the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students. Liz has taught at several institutions, including Southern Utah University and Allegheny College, and has consulted as a business strategist. Liz continues to pursue education at Case Western Reserve University.
