Liz Schutt

Liz Schutt, PhD, is a strategic HRBP at Walmart, where they serve as a pivotal HR partner for multiple fast-growing business units. Prior to this role, Liz gained experience as an external consultant and intern at various organizations, including W. R. Grace & Co., where they enhanced talent review processes, and the FAA Civil Aerospace Medical Institute, where they conducted research on the performance of air traffic controllers. Liz's educational background includes a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa and a bachelor's degree from Calvin College.
