Mark Earl

Mark Earl, CFI, is currently the Digital Operations Lead at Walmart eCommerce, where they support day-to-day eCommerce operations across four markets within Florida, with a focus on program expansion and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previously, Mark led teams of 20 managers in 20 stores that generated $1.3 billion in annual sales, overseeing asset protection within over 3.3 million square feet of retail space. Mark has also made significant contributions to the community, serving as the Chairman of the Board for Pasco Hernando County and creating Walmart’s Missing Children’s Board Program, which has resulted in the recovery of 256 children since its inception. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from St. Petersburg College and is pursuing further studies in Communication and Media.
