Previously, they were Senior Counsel for Global Litigation at Tyson Foods, where they managed complex commercial and antitrust matters, and held positions as Partner and Associate at Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons L.L.P., gaining broad litigation experience across various sectors. Mark has also served as VP and Associate General Counsel for FIS, leading litigation efforts for the S&P 500 financial technology leader.
