Mark McClain

Mark McClain, MS, CFI, has extensive experience in asset protection and investigations, currently serving as the Director of Divisional Asset Protection for Supply Chain at Walmart. Previously, from 2021 to 2024, they held the role of Director of Retail Asset Protection at Bass Pro Shops, where they developed strategies for asset protection across the US and Canada. McClain's career also includes significant positions at Walmart, including Director of Global Investigations, where they led a team addressing major ethics and compliance issues globally, and District Loss Prevention Supervisor, managing loss prevention activities across multiple stores. Earlier in their career, McClain served as a Detective with the Panama City Police Department, participating in numerous investigative units, including SWAT and Patrol.
