Mark Shakespeare has extensive experience in food safety and compliance, having held various roles in the food technology field since 1990. They worked as a Product Technologist at Sainsburys and Shaw's Supermarkets and later served as a Food Technologist at Azzule Systems and Walmart. Their career includes a progression of senior roles at Walmart, culminating in the position of Director of Supplier & Seller Food Safety Compliance. Mark earned a BSc in Food Technology from the University of Reading, further solidifying their expertise in the industry.
