Matthew Mills

Matthew (Matt) Mills currently serves as the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at TD, leading the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team since December 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was the Senior Director of International Talent Acquisition at Walmart from March 2022 to December 2025, where Matt contributed to enhancing value and convenience for customers across 23 countries. Matt's extensive experience at Walmart Canada included serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition from September 2016 to March 2022. Formerly, Matt held leadership positions at Virgin Care, focusing on talent acquisition and management, and played significant roles at Walmart and Asda from 2001 to 2015. Matt began his career in retail as a Store Manager at Lidl in Germany. Educational background includes attendance at Barnsley College and St. Michael's Catholic School.
